Our 14-day return policy ensures that you can shop with confidence and peace of mind. Please note, bespoke and engraved items are exempt unless there is a manufacturing fault, since they are highly individualised.


We take great care to accurately represent all products listed on our website, but as many of our items are handmade, some variations may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will always let you know in advance and offer alternative options. We believe in transparent pricing and will always clearly display any added extras such as engraving and postage at checkout. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected items.


Our guarantee policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, which we take very seriously. We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day exchange policy on all products sold through our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email to arrange an exchange. Please note, bespoke items and engraved items are not eligible for exchange, unless there is a manufacturing fault.


In some cases, we may contact you prior to commissioning an item to ensure it meets your specific requirements, especially for high-value or non-stock items. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that you will cherish for years to come.


In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us for an exchange or refund. We aim to process refunds within 30 days and exchanges within 28 days.


When returning items to us, we recommend using a Special Delivery service for your protection. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Our online store is hosted on our own restricted-access secure, dedicated web server, which sets us apart from most stores that share server space with other online sites. We will immediately send you an email confirmation of your order, including our returns policy and guarantee for your convenience and peace of mind.


As most of the items we sell are made to order, please allow up to 20 days from the date of order to delivery of your item. We aim to deliver 90% of total orders (door to door) within one to two weeks after payment. This timeframe covers the entire hand-making process, which is a complicated and time-consuming process of modeling, cutting, engraving, plating, and shipping. If you have ordered a diamond-set or bespoke item, please allow four to six weeks for delivery. If your order is urgent, we may be able to help.
