We use sterling silver which offers a shining, hypoallergenic finish, and 18ct gold, one of the most durable gold alternatives available, both of which are created in a thick 1.2mm for added strength and durability. However, be aware that hard and soft water can still cause splashing and wear on the metal and the stones, whilst chlorine in many swimming pools can stain both the stones and metal jewellery.
