All of our jewellery pieces are made with care as they are handmade and cut from scratch. We use Sterling Silver which won't discolour or cause any allergic reactions and has a distinctive white gold look. Additionally, we use 18ct gold which is a premier alternative in gold jewellery. For more information on our process, click here. If a chained necklace is looking tangled and hopeless to undo, try using some plastic wrap and a small amount of mineral oil or baby oil. Lay the chain on the wrap and pour over some of the oil and work on it using needles. Once done, wash and pat dry the necklace using some dish soap.
